Dieser Blended Malt, der 11 Jahre in einem First Fill Sherry Butt lagerte, stammt aus dem Bestand der Edrington Group zu der u. a. Macallan, Glenrothes und Highland Park gehören. Auch wenn die enthaltenen Single Malts nicht genannt werden dürfen, lässt diese Herkunft doch einiges vermuten …

 

Nose: Dark chocolate and coffee notes, sherry-sweetness, a hint of tannins and raisins. Also some orange, coffee and sweet cherry.
Palate: The palate it´s well rounded and sweet. A luscious sherry influence surrounded by chocolate and dried fruits.
Finish: The long lasting finish shows this notes again, making sure this is a sherry bomb.
A classic sherry cask matured dram, rich and full bodied.
