Dieser 30-jährige Isle of Jura aus einem Refill Sherry Hogshead ist in der Nase bereits unglaublich komplex. Dann folgt ein Feuerwerk von edlen Aromen alter Whiskies - Minze, Stachelbeere, Himbeere, Toffee, salziges Karamell und im Abgang Kaffee-Röstaromen.
Original Tasting Notes
Nose: A nice nose with hints of stewed rhubarb and red berries.
Palate Velvety creamy with gooseberry jam, toffee apple, butterscotch and
vanilla ice cream.
Finish: Warming and smooth with some sherry coming through.
Expect some salted liquorice and a little Italian expression coffee notes.
